The Chef Squirrel - This was the eighth squirrel - as a tribute to chefs everywhere - actually to my younger son, who graduated as a chef - He's preparing acorn a la king, gleefully chopping the giant nut with his cleaver. I had to do a lot of extraneous carving and woodwork, from the cleaver to the acorn to the butcher block table. Caution - don't try this at home, as acorns can make you sick if not properly prepared.
